Cinzia Fiore was born in 1963 and
today lives in Rome. After studying photography at the Istituto
Europeo di Design, she worked as an assistant for fashion
photographers Giovanni Gastel, Gianmarco Chieregato and Storaro.
In 1986 Fiore specialized in advertising photography and the same
year, became a certified video operator. Also in 1986 she founded a
company, Studio Fotofollie. Fiore was in charge of the advertising
photography department until 1994, liaising with advertising
agencies such as Armando Testa, JWT Italia, Maccann, Livraghi,
Reggio del Bravo, and Saatchi & Saatchi. Amongst Studio
Fotofollie's numerous corporate clients were Alitalia, Diners Italia,
Telecom, Findus, Ford, Acqua Ferrarelle, Seat, and American Express.
In 1996 Fiore enrolled in a digital photography course at Metis
Informatica. In 1998 she obtained a certificate as director of
photography at the Cineteca del Comune di Bologna C. Lumièr, where
she studied under Robby Muller. That year Fiore founded another
company, CF TEAM, where she is responsible for the artistic
direction. The company's chief activities include digital
photography and computer graphics for clients such as Mercedes Benz,
Air-one, Procter & Gamble, Wind and Omnitel - to name but a few.
As well as managing her company, since 1999 Fiore has been teaching
digital photography at the Istituto Europeo di Design - the same
institute where she once was a student. |
